Robin Benzle’s Mom’s Tuna-Macaroni Salad

Tuna-Macaroni Salad from a non-cook.

Here’s a guest “post” of a sort–a video from the website of Robin Benzle. I get Robin’s weekly updates in my e-mail and love her combination of travel and food. I love her sense of humor. (For a great example, see the video for Blue Cheese Bites.) And her recipes range from the gourmet to simple home-cookin’, like this recipe from her mother for tuna-macaroni salad.  A reminder that not all ancestors were comfortable in aprons!

Check out Robin’s page and get the printable recipe  at RobinBenzle.com  for tuna-macaroni salad that goes with the video. Warning–you may spend some time wandering among her great recipes and tempting travel tips. But it will be time well spent.
